This policy explains how Silver Villa(“we”, “us”) handles the personal information you provide through this website. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, callback or partner form, we collect:

• Your name and mobile number (required to call you back).
• Your email address and any message, if you choose to provide them.
• Optional preferences such as configuration (e.g. 2/3 BHK) and budget.
• The page you submitted from (its full address, which may include advertising parameters such as a Google click identifier) so we can respond in context and measure our marketing.

We also collect standard analytics data (such as pages viewed and approximate location) through the tools described below.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a callback or site visit.
• To share project details, pricing and availability you have asked about.
• To understand which campaigns and pages bring genuine enquiries, and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry data only with service providers that help us operate, on our behalf:

• Hosting — our website and forms run on Vercel.
• Lead routing & CRM — enquiries are passed to our automation hub (Pabbly) and customer-relationship system (Zoho Bigin) so our sales team can follow up.
• Analytics & advertising — Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Microsoft Clarity, used to measure traffic, conversions and on-page behaviour.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies, analytics & session tools

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and conversions, and Microsoft Clarity for aggregated heatmaps and session replays that help us improve the site. Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default, so what you type into inputs (name, phone, email, message) is not captured in replays. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser; you can block or clear cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up on your interest and for our legitimate business and record-keeping needs, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for us to contact you. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, email hello@silvervilla.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
